At Pure Health & Wellness Center, your needs are our highest concern. We understand that your time is valuable and we treat our patients in the exact same manner in which we would like to be treated. For this reason, we make every effort to accommodate appointments immediately upon request. You may be seen by one of our highly trained physicians or skilled therapist during our office hours: Monday | Tuesday | Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, 10:00am – 5:00pm. A Pure Center staff member will contact you the same business day if called during normal business hours and we promise to do our best to get you seen that same day!

Emergencies
If you need emergency medical assistance, please dial 911. If you have any questions related to your health condition, medication, or therapy, please contact the Pure Health & Wellness Center at 623.223.1350. A Pure Center staff member will return your call within one business day.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hour notice.
