I love the entire staff @ Pure Health & Wellness. Dr. Ross is amazing of course; but so are the massage therapists and the office staff. Scheduling is great, and every one keeps me in good working order. Highly recommend! 🙂

I have been a patient of Dr. McCann for 2+ years. He has taken care of my chiropractic needs and I have never been disappointed. He takes time to listen to the patient to determine the location of the pain and apply the appropriate treatment. I feel very comfortable discussing any pain issues with him. Also, Pamela, in the front office, provides coordination for your treatment plan and is very professional. Unfortunately, I have not taken advantage of the different massages that is offered, but I plan to do so in the near future.
I've experienced a few chiropractors, and Dr Ross is by far phenomenal. Previous chiropractors would bring me in, have me lay down on the table, quickly crunch me, then say, bye! Dr. Ross has truly created a wellness center though, good massage therapist available to help the body, Dr. Ross asks questions and evaluates you often and takes his time with you. He's also helped me get help and treatment to help my severe back issues and I feel so much better already! Definitely love going to the chiro now!

Dr. Ross is great! His staff are very polite and professional. And Dr. Ross definitely knows how to help you with your chiropractic care for sure! Whether it's routine stuff or some sort of injury, he's got your back ... Literally!
My wife and I have been going to Dr Ross for about 10 years and absolutely love him. One time my wife's back was hurting so bad see had to lay down in the lobby while waiting for her appointment. Dr Ross came out and helped her up and 20 minutes later my wife walked out on her own! I play a lot of golf and Dr Ross always gets me back to playing without pain! We moved to Sun City West and I drive the 18 miles to his office for treatment! We have told a lot of people about Dr Ross and several of them have seen him and they are now clients! I have recently tried a massage and Sherry is unbelievable! I get a massage and then see Dr Ross and come out a new man!

My entire family loves Dr Ross and his staff. Everyone is always kind and courteous, the office is clean and welcoming. The thing I like most about Dr Ross is that he does not immediately just jump in and begin adjusting you. He takes his time, ask questions and every session does an evaluation of your back, neck and problem areas. Coming from another Chiro office who was less thorough I appreciate this! Another aspect is massage and the convenience of Pure Health and wellness offering it in the same office. As a family we highly recommend this office if chiropractic care is what you are needing.

Dr. Ross is the best chiropractor I've ever had. I used to have to lie down, take ibuprofen, rest, and ice my neck after being adjusted. Dr. Ross gets my muscles to relax before he makes the adjustment, so I get immediate relief and none of the pain and nausea afterward. When I hurt my knee, not only was he my chiropractor, he was my physical therapist, as well.
I've been going to Dr. Ross for over 2 years. I have used him for chiropractic issues on my back and sciatica. He really knows what he's doing and really cares about his patients.He's very down to earth and professional. I leave every visit feeling fantastic. I've had friends and family( especially men) complain that they can't find anyone who is strong enough to really get into where the issues are. They love him too because he's strong enough but also knows where exactly the pressure points are to relieve the issues. I haven't used the other services there but I plan to. Robin, the receptionist is great,too! I won't go anywhere else.

Dr Ross is more than a chiropractor. He's truly created a wellness center that heals and cares for your mind, body, and soul. He's helped my wife's severe back issues with coordinating treatment with Dr Ross and some medical procedures. Dr Ross spends time every appt asking how you feel, what is going on with your body, evaulates you, and then adjusts you. I regularly use the massage therapists that help my body, with tight muscles, injuries, or just to get a deep stretch.
I have never found a Chiropractor that is as knowledgeable as Dr Ross. I am amazed how he can manipulate movement just with his hands . I am proud to recommend him
If your looking for a knowledgeable, professional that listens Dr. Ross is your man. My son was in a motorcycle accident and was suffering from back and shoulder pain. Dr. Ross without hesitation jumped into his scans and knew exactly what to do. As a mom, that is the dream, not to worry. I could relax. Dr. Ross and staff took care of my son, understood the trauma that he endured and helped him. Never pushing his limits. My son is walking, and doing daily activities without pain and has full range of motion. BOOM!! I would recommend Dr. Ross everyday, twice on Sunday.

Kristin is a super awesome!!! I have been going to her for a few years now for all my skin care needs. My skin looks better now in my 30's then in my 20's. I also had her do my eyeliner and eyebrows. She makes them so natural that people think I have make up on bare faced!!! Kristin also has her nurse background which makes her more knowledgeable about skin issues.

Dr. Ross is awesome!! He has really helped me with my neck and back issues a lot. I have chronic migraines and he has given me relief from those as well. The massage therapists are great and very attentive to your pain areas and really work out those angry muscles! I had a Deep Tissue therapeutic massage from Lana Pascal at Pure Health. It was by far the best massage I ever had. She used so many surprising techniques such as an aromatherapy towel rolled for your neck as she worked on front full body. Another pleasant surprise were your feet wrapped with warm towels. She was amazing I intend to go back time and again and am sure to tell anyone I can about Lana she really knows what she is doing!!!!

Dr. Ross is a very thorough, attentive chiropractor! He is usually able to work you in if you are in pain which is important to me. Also, I love that he isn't a "hard sell" chiropractor. He isn't in it just for the money which a lot are.
I’ve been going to Dr. Ross for several years now. He’s the first chiropractor I’ve ever been to that actually “fixed” me. I had an injury when I was a teenager and had been to several chiropractors before seeing Dr. Ross. I had chronic headaches, neck, shoulder, and back pain. No more!
Dr. Ross takes his time with you. Listens to your concerns and how you are feeling before he works on you. Office staff is very friendly and always willing to help however they can especially when having to deal with your insurance company. The ability to also have a message therapist work on your back prior to Dr. Ross's adjustment is a huge blessing.

Dr. Ross is so good - he fixed a chronic issue I was having with my neck that is nothing short of a miracle. He used the Graston Technique and WOW. Nice that he's so good but not great for him because I didn't have to go back.
Dr. Ross is a great chiropractor! I initially went there because I needed some insight on pain I was having in my wrist. He was able to provide me some good information on treatment options. While I was there I also had him do an adjustment to take care of my upper back pain. My back felt relaxed and pain free for days following my visit. It was great to finally have some relief!
