Not only is their service amazing but the staff is very personable and goes the extra mile to make you feel appreciated. I had my eye brows & eyeliner done by Kristin and am extremely pleased with the results.
Dr. Ross takes his time with you. Listens to your concerns and how you are feeling before he works on you. Office staff is very friendly and always willing to help however they can especially when having to deal with your insurance company. The ability to also have a message therapist work on your back prior to Dr. Ross's adjustment is a huge blessing.
My family will go to no one else. Dr.Ross and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and understand their patients. My son was in a motorcycle accident (18 years old) . Dr. Ross without hesitation knew exactly what to do for his back and shoulder pain/issues. The trauma of the accident left him with anxiety and fear. Dr. Ross understood and NEVER pushed him to do more then he could. As a mom, it’s a relief. I could sit back and have the confidence that my son was in good hands.
I had a Deep Tissue therapeutic massage from Lana Pascal at Pure Health. It was by far the best massage I ever had. She used so many surprising techniques such as an aromatherapy towel rolled for your neck as she worked on front full body. Another pleasant surprise were your feet wrapped with warm towels. She was amazing I intend to go back time and again and am sure to tell anyone I can about Lana she really knows what she is doing!!!!
Justin is a great Doctor. He helped get my back better after I had my shoulder fixed. He has great bedside manner and a good staff helping him.

I have been a patient of Dr. McCann for 2+ years. He has taken care of my chiropractic needs and I have never been disappointed. He takes time to listen to the patient to determine the location of the pain and apply the appropriate treatment. I feel very comfortable discussing any pain issues with him. Also, Pamela, in the front office, provides coordination for your treatment plan and is very professional. Unfortunately, I have not taken advantage of the different massages that is offered, but I plan to do so in the near future.
I've experienced a few chiropractors, and Dr Ross is by far phenomenal. Previous chiropractors would bring me in, have me lay down on table, quickly crunch me, then say, bye! Dr Ross has truly created a wellness center though, good massage therapist available to help the body, Dr Ross asks questions and evaluates you often and takes his time with you. He's also helped me get help and treatment to help my severe back issues and I feel so much better already! Definitely love going to the chiropractors now!
Dr Ross is more than a chiropractor. He's truly created a wellness center that heals and cares for your mind, body, and soul. He's helped my wife's severe back issues with coordinating treatment with Dr Ross and some medical procedures. Dr Ross spends time every appt asking how you feel, what is going on with your body, evaulates you, and then adjusts you. I regularly use the massage therapists that help my body, with tight muscles, injuries, or just to get a deep stretch.
Dr. Ross is amazing and so are the massage therapists, and all the staff at Pure Health & Wellness. I've been utilizing this service for my health for years and highly recommend this service. The staff is great and will attend to your needs efficiently. 🙂

Kristin is a super awesome!!! I have been going to her for a few years now for all my skin care needs. My skin looks better now in my 30's then in my 20's. I also had her do my eyeliner and eyebrows. She makes them so natural that people think I have make up on bare faced!!! Kristin also has her nurse background which makes her more knowledgeable about skin issues.

I have been struggling with extreme lower back pain for over 3 years. I've been to many different chiropractors, physical therapists and even acupuncture to relieve my pain. Dr. Ross is a great chiropractor! I initially went there because I needed some insight on pain I was having in my wrist. He was able to provide me some good information on treatment options. While I was there I also had him do an adjustment to take care of my upper back pain. My back felt relaxed and pain free for days following my visit. It was great to finally have some relief!
If your looking for a knowledgeable, professional that listens Dr. Ross is your man. My son was in a motorcycle accident and was suffering from back and shoulder pain. Dr. Ross without hesitation jumped into his scans and knew exactly what to do. As a mom, that is the dream, not to worry. I could relax.
